Unexpected warmth in chilly confines
Breakfast was a delight, offering fresh pastries and hot options. The staff radiated kindness. A lovely spot for family.
The room was cramped for an executive suite, with outdated decor and a persistent musty smell. The separate toilet lacked ventilation.

Great overnight stop on way to med. Nice terrace with small pool. Excellent food in restuarant. Staff were very friendly.

The lake! Air conditioned room
Carpets in the room! Tattoo'd receptionist with bruises on neck, didn't look right for somebody dealing with customers.

The outdoor pool area was a nice escape, even if it got a bit crowded. Located just a ten-minute walk from the stadium made it relatively easy to catch the Rugby World Cup matches.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a few significant issues. The air conditioning was ineffective, leaving the room uncomfortably warm, and there was a persistent unpleasant smell. Each morning, breakfast was chaotic, with items frequently running low and tables often left uncleaned. The bar area was poorly managed during peak hours, leading to long waits for drinks. It was annoying to find that non-guests were using some of the facilities inappropriately, without any oversight. It seemed like they struggled to manage the influx of visitors effectively.

Courteous staff, clean room, nice breakfast, ample and free parking.
There was only one big bath towel in our bathroom, and there were two of us! I think it was just an over site.

The hotel provided a cozy environment for our
Two-night stay. I appreciated the ample parking and the close tram access to downtown Bordeaux. The breakfast offered a great variety, although the coffee was not up to standard. Still, my dog loved the pet-friendly atmosphere and the attention given to our family.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly large and clean, location was good on proper bike paths into Bordeaux old town. The breakfast was comprehensive and there was a wide array of food to choose from...
As for me, the area was really busy.

Had a grand stay recently! The staff were a real delight, so friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely for a dip after a long drive. Just a pity the room lacked tea/coffee replenishments and the bedding could be improved.

The Executive Queen Room with Lake View was spacious and cozy, with a Nespresso machine, made mornings special. The outdoor pool was a fantastic place for the kids to unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a great variety of fresh fruits and pastries to start our day right.
The room had some maintenance issues.

Location ok for getting into Bordeaux by tram. Parking is free and access to main roads easy. This is a budget hotel.
Not even a standard Novotel. That's why is cheap. Staff was nice, but all of them trainees... Restaurant is not good. At all.
